On the ground floor a spacious, light-filled living area with underfloor heating awaits you. A stylish, modern wood-burning heater with panoramic glass panels separates the comfortable sitting area - featuring a sofa bed for two and a flat screen cable TV - from the dining area.
The large wooden dining table with bench seat and modern kitchen with central island invite you to socialise and enjoy family dinners. Expansive windows offer impressive views of the surrounding nature and mountains – the perfect setting to unwind and breathe easy.

Peace & relaxation

Upstairs are two attractively furnished bedrooms, each with box-spring bed, spacious wardrobe, bedside tables and cable TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.
A wall heater ensures cosy warmth here as well.
The charming bathroom features a large shower, WC, double stone wash basin and hairdryer.
From both bedrooms you have direct access to the covered balcony (approx. 12 m²) – the ideal spot to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.

Minimum stay of 6-7 days


Down payment and final payment

A deposit of 30 % of the total price is required. The booking is secure upon receipt of payment.
The remaining balance is payable in cash on arrival or in advance via bank transfer.

Check in / check out
Check in: from 3:00 pm
Check out: by 10:00 am
Return of key in person to the property management or by arrangement.

Liability

The contracting party is liable for all damage caused by them or persons accompanying them, in accordance with the AGBH 2006.

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation policy & deposit

Free cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival date. Thereafter, the following cancellation fees apply:

– up to 2 months prior to arrival date: 50 % of the total price
– up to 1 month prior to arrival date: 90 % of the total price

An additional processing fee of 25 € will be charged.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

A security deposit of 200 € is required prior to arrival. This will be fully refunded on departure, providing the accommodation is returned in good condition.

Kindly note that our log cabin - Chalet Karin - is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY. In the case of non-compliance we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 200 €.
